Microphone Audio Quality
If the problem persists after a device reset, then you should perform an "isolation test", which will help identify whether the problem is caused by your phone or your BlueAnt device.
Reset Your BlueAnt Device and Phone
- Go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone and delete the pairing information for your BlueAnt device. Please refer to the phone manual or the manufacturer's website for help with this step.
- Now power off your phone, wait for a few seconds, and then switch it back on.
- Now reset your BlueAnt device. You can find instructions for doing this in your product manual, or to watch a tutorial video that shows you what to do, please visit: www.blueantwireless.com/support/videos/
Once the pairing is complete, please make a test call from another cellphone or landline, to see if you can replicate the issue.
If the problem persists after following the above reset process, then you should perform an isolation test by pairing your BlueAnt device with a different phone.
To do this you need to put your BlueAnt device back into pairing mode (see your product manual for help with this step) and then repeat the pairing process with the second phone.
This will allow you to determine whether the problem is with your phone or your BlueAnt device.
Please advise us if you can replicate the issue on the second phone.
