You can clear the pair list by resetting your headset to factory default.

Hi Amanda,

Thank you for your query.

If you no longer have or don’t have the phone your paired to the T1, you can still reset it by turning it on, then quickly hit the Vol + , Vol – & the Multifunction Button (located be beside the LED light) together at the same time then let go. Don’t hold buttons down. You should hear the T1 announce it has been reset and in pair mode.
