BlueAnt Q2 | How to Reset

alex davlantes — Feb 18, 2015 08:13AM AEDT

How do you reset the Q2. it indicates that pairing is full. I have tried hold the volume + and at the same time the volume - along with the multi button and it does not reset the ear piece.

Hi Alex,

What you have done is correct. However, try tapping all 3 buttons once instead of holding it down.

You may also click on the link below for a video tutorial on how to reset your Q2 headset.

Hi Leon,

Thank you for your inquiry.

If you are trying to make a call and yet the the Q2 just keeps redialing the last number you, you might be missing something.

Please try these:
1. Click the Multifunction Button of the Q2
2. Q2 will asks you to say a command
3. Say, Phone Commands
4. Wait for the beep or voice prompt
5. After the beep or voice prompt, say, Call (name or number of contact)

You may also opt to delete the call logs on your phone.

Thank you.

Hi Randy,

Just turn on your Q2 then quickly hit the vol +, vol – and multifunction button (beside LED light) together at the same time. Just one quick click on all three(3) buttons then let go. Don’t hold the buttons down. You should hear the device announce it has been reset and in pairing mode.

Try and see how you go…
