My T1 Will Not Reset
Anita — Sep 26, 2014 05:35AM AEST
I have removed my T1 from my iPhone and restarted my phone, but my T1 will not reset when I hold down all three buttons. When I try to pair it with my new iPhone, it says that the pair list is full.

Try pressing all 3 button just once. Do not hold them down.

Becky, It looks like you need further troubleshooting to determine the actual cause of the problem.
The fault with your headset may not be related to a pairing/reset issue but maybe something to do with a faulty speaker, button, power…etc.
Please submit an email enquiry to our support team so that one of our technical support agents can assist you directly.

Sorry to hear that Dorai but we do require additional info from you.
E.g. What have you tried so far? What error message did you get?

Had same problem, pressed all 3 buttons instead of holding down and that worked. Thanks

After numerous trials and failures to reset, I discovered the problem is definitely how long you hold the three buttons down! It must be all of them, and VERY quick!
