Q3 Bluetooth issues with iOS 8 and iPhone 6

After resetting my phone I cannot get the talk functions to work on my Q3 like 'Answer'. It rings and answers on the phone and the only way to fix it is to reset the setting on the iPhone. Help!

Hi Jay,

Please ensure that you have iOS v8.0.2 installed on your phone.

You will also need to reset your connections by following the steps below;

1. Remove the current pairing information on your iPhone.
2. Reboot the phone by turning it completely OFF and then back ON.
3. Reset your Q3 headset by holding down the volume PLUS and the COMMAND button for 8 seconds.
4. Pair the Q3 back to your phone. During the pairing stage, please ensure that your headset says “BlueAnt Q3 v1.41NB”

Once it’s paired and connected, test the voice answer feature.
Please ensure that the ring volume on your iPhone is set to low, as this may interfere with your command.
