Macbook Pro | No Sound Through Macbook Pro and IPhone with iOS 8

Are there issues with iOS 8? I was using them successfully before and now they refuse to work with my phone, they have never worked with my Macbook pro.

Many of our customers have reported multiple issues related to iOS8 on Apple devices.

If you have recently updated your iPhone to the latest software, then we suggest that you delete/unpair the currently Bluetooth pairing information from your phone.

Powercycle your phone by switching it completely OFF and then turn it back on.

Reset your Pump to factory default and then pair it back to the iPhone once it is ready.

If you are still experiencing any issues, please provide us with a detailed description of the problem.

As for the audio issue on a Macbook Pro, we’ll run a test at our end and then provide you with the results.
