My BlueAnt T1 V1.5 will not connect to my iPhone 6 Plus? I've shut the phone off and rebooted as well as trying suggestions from others who have posted on your website with no success. Please help.

In order for us to provide you with the best response, we will require some additional information from you.
• What are the exact steps that you have taken to try and resolve this issue?
• Have you ever used this headset with any other phones before?
• Did you place the T1 into pairing mode before attempting to pair it with your phone?
We also recommend that you reset your headset to factory default to see if it helps resolve any pairing related issues.

Please try closing all the background applications in your iPhone so you can pair it to your T1.
