Power ON/OFF Issue

I have a Q3 ear piece and a Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. When I turn on the ear piece it sometimes doesn't power up or when powering off. is this common

• When this issue occurs, what steps have you attempted so far to make it turn on/off?
• What is the firmware version of your Q3 headset? You can find this info via the Bluetooth menu on your phone.
• Have you tried disabling the phone’s Bluetooth to see if the same issue occurs when the phone is no longer connected?

Have you attempted to charge the device using other charger/USB Cable to determine where the issue is coming from?
