Hello my BlueAnt headphones won't charge. Is there a way to perform some kind of reset?

A reset usually does not fix charging issues.
We suggest that you try using a different USB cable and/or via a different power source.
If the light still does not appear on your headphones, then we recommend that you send an email enquiry to our customer support teams for all warranty related matters.

To check if there is an issue with the battery of your device, please try to charge your device with more than one charging accessory and multiple power sources. This will help determine the source of the fault.
If you can replicate the same fault on a charger/USB cable/power source, then we will issue you with a Return Authorization form to return your device for further testing and possible replacement.
