Thank you for your inquiry.

Ensure that all the background apps on the iPhone are closed so you can pair it with the Pump. (From the home screen, press the Home key twice…..Swipe the active application upwards…..Tap the home screen.)

Hi Carol,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Please make sure that there are no other bluetooth open aside from the Galaxy S5 and the Pump.

Then follow these steps:
• Turn the PUMP off if it is already on.
• From off press and hold the play button until the light starts flashing rapidly and then let go of the play button.
• Then on your phone, go to settings > bluetooth > enable bluetooth > scan/search/add new device > select BlueAnt Pump > pair

Hi Janet,

Yes…BlueANt devices are bluetooth dependent. As long as a device has a bluetooth feature, you can have the BlueAnt device paired to it. Please refer to your tv’s manual.
