Why the range of Blueant Ribbon is Extremely low?

I have difficulties with BlueAnt Ribbon and my Samsung Galaxy S4.
the problem is 100% because the ribbon has excessively low Bluetooth range!. when i put my phone inside my back pocket of my pants, and the ribbon is attached to my neck, the music starts to drop sometimes when i move a little bit fast. Also I found out that the range is only about 1 to two meters away. I am also using the BlueAnt android app.

How can I fix that?

In order to locate the cause of the problem, we recommend that you try and isolating this issue by testing your Ribbon with another phone.

An isolation test helps prevent certain interferences from other sources such as memory losses, connectivity. RF related issues, or even unknown hardware defects on the connected phone.

If you plan to do a RF signal strength test, please ensure that it is performed with a clear line of sight (without any walls)

Simply place the phone on a table and ensure that both devices are connected. If you have a case on your phone, please ensure that you remove the case before the test.

Stream some music through the Ribbon and then slowly walk away from the phone.

2m – How is the audio quality? You should not hear any crackling noise or static interferences.

5m – Is the audio quality still the same? The Ribbon should not have any issues streaming at this range. If you find that you’re losing sound quality, then your device may be faulty.

8m – You may notice that sound quality drops at this range. This is normal as it also depends on the quality of the connected phone.

over 10m – Sound is expected to drop and the audio will drop in and out more frequently.
