The Pair List is Full

I keep getting "the pair list is full" message. I tried a reset (all 3 buttons) but nothing changes. My Galaxy S5 still can't find it!

Please give the step below another go and if you still cannot get it to reset, please provide us with your contact number so that we can call you directly.
1. Disable the Bluetooth on the phone then turn the T1 ON.
2. Press and hold both the volume PLUS and MINUS buttons together.
3. While holding these down, use your other finger to “TAP” the MFB just once.
4. The headset will start to announce that it has been reset and the LED flashes continuously. Let go of the buttons if this did happen.
If not, repeat step 1-3 until it does.

That is correct, you should not hold down the 3 buttons.
