Device has Stopped working

Is there any way to check if my device is out of warranty? It just stopped working and will not charge. There's been no abuse or damage done to this unit and I'm quite disappointed.

Hi Maurice, our systems are not linked to the resellers. Other then the manufacturing date via the serial number, there is no way to tell when you purchased it.
Such a method can only be done on a device that are OS supported by using a software that registers the device on the first login.
If you purchased this online or with your bank card, then we suggest that you look for any online statements that may reflect the purchase of your BlueAnt device.
On a different note, it is also recommend to try charging your device using a different USB cable via a different power source, such as a PC.
