Cannot Pair with an Android Device
Graham Hyde — Nov 24, 2014 11:40AM AEDT
I recently purchased a Huawei smart phone and cannot pair it with my BlueAnt Sense (S3) The phone is a Huawei Y330-U01, Android version 4.2.2 Released 27/03/2014.
I have previously paired the S3 with a Samsung SGH-A411 and a Sony Ericsson
I have followed the instructions to no avail?
Your help would be appreciated.

Thanks for contacting us.
In order to pair your S3 to any other devices, you simply need to place the S3 into pairing mode first. The link below will offer you a video tutorial on how to pair your device with your phone.
If this still does not work for you, then try resetting your S3 to facotry default.
Hope this helps.

We apologize if the link we first provided did not work you.
Please try the following steps:
• make sure there are no other bluetooth open when pairing the phone to the S3
• powercycle your phone (turn if off then turn it back on after a few seconds)
• reset the S3. This video will show you how to:
• one the S3 has been reset and i pair mode, on your phone, go to settings > bluetooth > enable bluetooth > scan/search/add new devices > select BlueAnt S3 > pair
Hope this helps!
