iPhone | Pairing Problems

Becky Dean — Dec 15, 2014 02:21AM AEDT

I just posted a question but did not provide all the information you need.

I have an iPhone 4S and my T1 (version: T1-QSG-USEN-1.2) was paired to my Droid with no problems, but I cannot get it to pair to my iPhone 4S. My droid is dead and no longer working. My T1 says my Pairing is full and will not let me reset. My iPhone is setup for bluetooth, and it will pick up bluetooth's in the iPhone stores. Please help

DO not close my case. that helped to clear out the pairing full problem but now my T1 says not phone found. I have confirmed the blue tooth is on on my iPhone and is trying to find the T1 devise without success. now what is the next step?

It means you have not paired it to your phone.

After you done the reset, did you pair it to your iPhone straight away?

Please note that your T1’s pairing mode lasts only for 2 mins. After 2 mins of inactivity, it will switch to standby mode in order to conserve energy.

In order for us to provide you with the best solution. Please provide us more information on the actual steps that you have taken. This also save us from having to assume what you have done.

Thanks.

Hi Juliet,

Thank you for your inquiry.

Please make sure that there are no other bluetooth enabled devices open when pairing the iPhone to the ST3.

You also need to close applications running in the background on your iPhone then click on the link below for the resolution:
